Last updated: November 17, 2025

At BluStaff Outsourcing, your safety and trust are extremely important to us. Due to increasing cases of online fraud, we want to ensure that applicants, clients, and website visitors are protected from scams pretending to represent our company.

Please read the important information below to help you avoid fraudulent activity.

1. We Never Ask for Upfront Payments

BluStaff Outsourcing does not ask job applicants to pay for:

  • Training

  • Application processing

  • Equipment

  • Placement fees

  • “Membership” or “registration” fees

If someone claims to be from BluStaff Outsourcing and asks for money, it is a scam.

2. Official Communication Channels Only

We communicate only through our official channels, including:

Email: recruitment@blustaffoutsourcing.com
Website: www.blustaffoutsourcing.com

We do not use personal social media accounts, random emails, or unofficial numbers to process applications or offer jobs.

3. We Do Not Guarantee Job Placement

While we post candidate profiles for marketing and outsourcing purposes, we never guarantee employment or client acquisition. Anyone promising guaranteed jobs in exchange for payment or personal data is fraudulent.

4. Protect Your Personal Information

Do not share:

  • Your bank details

  • One-time passwords (OTP)

  • Government IDs

  • Personal documents

  • Account passwords

with anyone claiming to be a recruiter unless verified through our official channels.

5. Beware of Fake Job Offers

Scammers often use:

  • Fake job postings

  • Impersonated recruiter accounts

  • Fake interview messages

  • Suspicious job offers with unrealistic salaries

If something seems too good to be true, it probably is.

6. Verify Suspicious Activity

If you receive any suspicious message, email, or job offer claiming to be from BluStaff Outsourcing, contact us immediately for verification:
